We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented** Digital Merchandising Specialist (Key Account) to join our team. The Digital Merchandising Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the online shopping experience by managing product assortments on the digital shelf, ensuring effective presentation, and maximizing sales at one of the largest and most sophisticated retailers in the US. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a passion for delivering an engaging online shopping experience.

You will report to the Key Account Manager, and you will have the opportunity to develop your professional digital merchandising/category management skills with direct exposure to senior managers in the toy and US retail industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product assortments for the key account’s e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales strategies.
- Verify and upload high quality product detail pages on the retailer website, in both image and video format, and monitor its appearance online as well as the availability of the product
- Process requests for new product launches and track their progress
- Optimize product visibility, categorization, and presentation to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, art and video departments to prepare digital content for the retailer website as well as determine items requiring improved digital presence and take necessary steps to execute modifications
- Monitor new assets and keep abreast of retailer guidelines and ensure content is continuously up to date in the system
- Understand retailer/key account requirements end to end for the digital shelf and ensure they are met
- Work on special projects with sales and marketing as needed
- Support other departmental tasks occasionally
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital merchandising

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Strong attention to detail, especially visually
- Willingness and flexibility to take on special projects and tasks
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment

**Experience**:

- A combination of education and/or experience in retail, marketing or digital content will be considered.
