**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Network and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and staffing, to ensure alignment and support for new business initiatives
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments, and continually identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and results to senior management

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing or staffing industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Compensation Structure:

- Base salary with the potential for unlimited commission earnings
- Commission is in addition to the base pay and represents a significant portion of your income
- As you meet specific bi-weekly sales targets, your commission earnings per activated service unit will increase

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$800,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Automobile allowance
- Profit sharing

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
