**Responsibilities**
- ** SEO Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility.
- **Keyword Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our target audience and industry. Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **On-Page and Off-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking for improved search engine visibility. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
- **Content Strategy and Creation**: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and engages our target audience. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance metrics. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
- **Technical SEO Audits**: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify website issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and site performance. Collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes and improvements.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in SEO and digital marketing. Proactively recommend strategies to adapt to changes and maintain competitive advantage

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field a plus but not required with the right experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) for keyword research, rank tracking, and site auditing.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google Ads (preferred but not required).
