About the Opportunity

NP Digital is seeking an energetic Digital Marketing Specialist focusing ondigital paid media advertising to join our Paid Media team. The DigitalMarketing Specialist is responsible for the setup and ongoing delivery ofclient Digital campaigns. You will develop the short and long-term strategicdirection and success for your clients. You will also be responsible for thesuccessful delivery of these campaigns - from campaign setup, optimizationand management to reporting and analysis. The Digital Marketing Specialistplays a significant role in developing, planning, and presenting the digitalstrategy in alignment with our client’s business objectives

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the VP of Performance & Strategy, the Digital MarketingSpecialist will be responsible for day-to-day analysis of paid media campaignperformance, reporting, and general success at meeting clients’ KPIs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in developing the strategic planning and channel investment strategy for your client portfolio

Assist in the set up and management of paid social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit & others as they emerge

Analyze day to day campaign performance against campaign KPIs

Implement ongoing campaign optimizations, including audience targeting, adcopy or creative edits, and other campaign-specific adjustments

Assist in writing effective paid social and search ad copy

Contribute to client reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis

Lead client communication along with the Account Manager as it relates to paid media strategy

Work with your clients to determine and identify which business metrics will be used to determine campaign success. Monitor and report these throughout the campaign and deliver insights and recommendations to improve, not only, current campaign performance but to help to inform future client campaigns

Develop a consistent test and learn culture with clients to optimise each campaign and deliver best in class results for them. As part of this process you will be empowered to explore opportunities to include Client’s campaigns in any partner Alpha/Beta/Pilot programs that align to the clients business objectives.

Use your passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients

Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings

Key Performance Indicators

Campaign results (measured against set targets)

Quality of work (campaigns, reports, presentations, strategic deliverables)

Client satisfaction and retention

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field

3 to less than 5 years of paid media buying experience including internships

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of basic formulas andpivot table creation

Facebook Blueprint Certification (Media Buying) or other professionalprogram completions/certifications, such as Twitter Flight School, GoogleAnalytics certification, or quirementsadwords preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
