**Job Description**:
**This is a permanent, salaried position based in Sherwood Park with a hybrid work arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week.**

**What would you be doing?**
- Administer the following processes in HRIS (UKG) and follow up with IFS:

- New hires, rehires, and return to work in UKG.
- Change of employee information requests including transfers, job and pay changes.
- Follow up with IFS when required.
- Confirm that employee onboarding documentation is accurate.
- Investigate and follow-up with recruitment and HRBPs where required, such as missing or incorrect information.
- Monitor and complete assigned HR inbox tickets to ensure timely processing of new hires, rehires, and return to work or other employment changes.
- Uploading all employment-related documents into HRIS employee files.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Previous experience in HRIS and ERPs.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a Human Resources and/or payroll departments.
- Solid written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to provide clear attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work, including meeting multiple demands.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word, and HRIS.
