Norseman Structures is looking to add a Fiercely Reliable **Sales Administrative Assistant** to our team
Reporting directly to the SVP, Sales & Marketing, the **Sales Administrative Assistant **role will work closely with the sales team and is responsible for supporting sales execution. This role requires great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
**Responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Assistant**
- General administration and management of Customer Relationship Management program.
- Assist with responding to Prequalification and RFPs
- Assist in development and review of Sales proposals.
- Support business development activities - account management, campaigns, research, presentation materials, travel, schedules, etc.
- Support sales and marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Assist Sales in closing once the project has been awarded.
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments
- Performs general office administration duties
**Qualifications of the Sales Administrative Assistant**
- Minimum of 1 year’s Administrative experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is an asset.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient with various software - Microsoft Suite and CRM
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills
