**Claims Administrator**

**Location**:Victoria, BC - hybrid
Like WCG, you believe in the power of work to transform lives. As a Claims Administrator, you’ll be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices to our funder, processing invoices from our service providers, uploading medical documents to files, fax out requests for referral. responding to invoice inquiries, processing payments to clients. This is an entry level position and would suit someone willing to learn. The role will be a combination of remote work and in office.
**What you’ll do**:
- Respond to payment inquiries from providers and service delivery team
- Prepare, submit, revise, and track all invoices within contractual standards
- Issue payments to clients using our accounting system via cheque and Electronic Funds Transfer
- Input and process changes to finance reimbursements for clients as required (credit memos and adjustments)
- Process invoices from service providers
- Upload Medical Documents to files
- Fax out Referral requests
**What you bring**:
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred
- Detail oriented, efficient with high level of accuracy
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
