Claysam Homes is a privately owned low rise residential home builder based in Cambridge. Claysam Homes has been building quality homes in master planned subdivisions for over 35 years.

Job Responsibilities/Tasks:

- Scheduling all trades and service appointments for our homeowners.
- Ensure completion of warranty work within Tarion timelines.
- Obtain Signoff on all completed work orders from the trades, servicemen and homeowners.
- Answer all incoming calls and correspondence and arrange for appropriate replies.
- Maintain customer care calendars as required.
- Track the completion of deficiencies and produce necessary reports.
- First point of contact for Customer queries
- Other administrative duties and/or special projects as assigned.
- Review Tarion portal daily and print off all items reported per Lot.
- Create CCP’s - Certificate of Completion and Possession and Warranty Certificate **(**CCP/WC) for each Lot at your allocated sites.
- Scheduling all trades and service appointments for our purchaser’s 30 Day, 1 Year, and 2 Year reports and other appointments to ensure completion of warranty work within Tarion timelines.
- Send out 30 Day, 1 Year, and 2 Year trade work orders.
- Follow-up with the homeowner for completions for service requests and other customer care matters.
- Track the completion of deficiencies/conciliations and produce necessary reports.
- Customer site visits providing escalation support.
- Maintain internal data bases (Homeowner contact info, plans, permits, work orders etc)
- Sales records and notifications to purchasers, designers, lawyers and closing contacts.
- Set up and maintain internal lot files including inspection files etc.
- Other tasks as required in relation to customer service duties.
