**Job Title**: Limousine Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Limousine Dispatcher. The Limousine Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching luxury transportation services to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Assign chauffeurs and vehicles based on availability, location, and client preferences.

3. Communicate effectively with chauffeurs to provide clear instructions and updates on assignments.

4. Monitor and track the status of all limousine trips to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.

5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.

6. Maintain accurate records of all bookings, including client information, trip details, and billing information.

7. Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to address any issues or concerns.

8. Stay informed about traffic conditions, weather forecasts, and special events that may impact transportation services.

9. Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and confidentiality standards.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or transportation management is a plus.

2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including dispatching software and GPS navigation tools.

6. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. Knowledge of local geography and landmarks is advantageous.

9. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
