We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team at Cambridge Ford Limited. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our service department. **Primary Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming service phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Booking service appointments for customers, both over the phone and through online booking platforms.
- Managing and maintaining the service appointment schedule to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Initiating follow-up phone calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
- Placing reminder phone calls to customers to confirm upcoming service appointments.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure all necessary information is communicated accurately.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to service offerings, pricing, and availability.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and online booking platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
