**Essential skills required for this position are**: Strong organizational and management skills; adaptable and innovative approach to planning and operations; ability to prioritize and multitask with considerable attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; and excellent Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

But wait, there’s more As one of our Support Personnel and Instructor, you will be responsible for: supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Firewalls, Laptops, Images, Wireless devices, GPOs, structuring and delivering lessons; responding to students’ questions, needs, problems, and/or objections; building and maintaining a good classroom climate and rapport; creating a warm and friendly learning environment; giving feedback to students with specific, positive details that assist them in improving their performance; and innovating lab books by creating or updating TOC, videos, overviews, and quizzes with newer content.

**Your education and experience are important to us. We would prefer**:
1. A minimum of two years’ related experience (but if not, we are ready to teach you).
2. Recommended certificates: A+, MCSE, CCNA, CCA, and/or VCP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
