**JOB SUMMARY**:
In your capacity as the **Head of Sales for WowSuite**, your key role would be to spearhead our sales initiatives. You will champion our suite of software products, ensuring their successful setup within corporations. Your comprehensive understanding of direct marketing, artificial intelligence, and customer acquisition costs will underpin your success. You will closely collaborate with our distinguished founder, Bruce Peter Cran, and our analytics and remarketing expert, Timur Shuvaloff, to navigate our sales team toward unprecedented heights.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Orchestrate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and widen our customer base.
- Set sales objectives by predicting and formulating annual sales quotas.
- Identify and pursue key markets and customer segments with latent potential.
- Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring customer relationships.
- Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to create potent sales strategies.
- Contribute market intelligence to the product development team.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Continually stay informed about WowSuite products and remain updated on industry trends.
**REQUIRED SKILLS** AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven track record in a sales leadership role, preferably within the software industry.
- Solid grasp of customer and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated competence in communicating, presenting, and influencing with credibility and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to propel the sales process from plan to closure.
- Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence within sales and marketing.
- Ability to manage and interpret sales data and analytics.
