Job Title: Head of Sales Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as Head of Sales Leadership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute demand generation strategies
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
