**We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Administrative Assistant.**

**Job Type**: Full-time, in-person, in an office environment.
**Salary**:$37,050 annually, 2 weeks paid vacation
**Language**:Fluency in both official languages, French and English, is imperative, in reading, writing and oral interactions.
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends required. (37.5 hours per week)
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high pace environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with database management
- Experience with social media and website updates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and French in both written and verbal situations
- Agree to work evenings and weekends as required
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Providing admin support to staff in the office
- Greeting visitors and assisting them or directing them to the appropriate staff person
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Coordinating and organizing events
- Assisting with social media and website updates
- Organizing Zoom meetings for the Executive and Board of Directors
- Preparing and distributing minutes from meetings
- Translation of internal documents and communications
- Other duties as assigned

**Description de poste**:Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne hautement organisée et minutieuse pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne retenue pour ce poste sera chargée de fournir un soutien administratif à notre équipe et d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre bureau.
**Exigences**:
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle connexe
- Excellentes compétences d’organisation et de gestion du temps
- Grand souci du détail
- Être à l’aise de travailler dans un milieu dynamique et à rythme accéléré
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs)
- Expérience de la gestion de bases de données
- Expérience des médias sociaux et des mises à jour de sites Web
- Excellentes compétences de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
- Anglais et français courants à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Accepter de travailler le soir et les fins de semaine, au besoin
