Administrative Assistant

Dexter Construction is a large, diversified Construction Company engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction industry within the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently looking for a bright, career-oriented administrative assistant based out of our **Fredericton,** **NB **office.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assist with daily administration tasks that can include:
- Incoming call management
- Reconciling and reporting daily aggregate tonnages and hired truck usage
- Managing safety and project information in SiteDocs
- Maintaining physical/electronic filing system for project documents and maintenance records
- Compiling and reporting asset hours and mileages
- Monitoring tender opportunities for updates
- Preparing tender submissions
- Maintenance of safety resources and supplies (ie: PPE, First Aid Kits, Spill Kits)
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SiteDocs or eCompliance is an asset
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to balance numerous requirements
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an easy-going, professional manner
- Reliable and organized
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to change
