The successful candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven individual with one year's experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or comparable customer service experience.


The successful candidate will have:

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle Cash/Debit/Credit transactions
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
  • Extremely dependable and punctual
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with co-workers, guests and other associated businessesThe Qualifications required:
    Previous working experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or Repair Center is an asset Able to effectively communicate: verbally, in writing and listening Strong attention to detail Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Post-secondary diploma or equivalent Results-driven with a customer focus A positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently Proof of full Covid-19 Vaccination Required
