Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant for Busy Real

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Track and manage property-specific financial transactions, including rent collections, property taxes, and maintenance expenses.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the financial performance of the real estate team.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the real estate team members to ensure accurate recording and reporting of property-related financial data.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing office documents and files.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information and adhere to internal controls and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to real estate accounting and bookkeeping.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and support duties as assigned by management.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Bookkeeper and administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as specifically QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning concepts
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to handle administrative tasks and provide support across various areas of operations.
Wage is flexible depending on your expereince.
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
