Représentant(e), Expérience Client
Le (la) représentant(e), Expérience Client doit s’assurer d’avoir une interaction efficace avec la clientèle, le personnel et les fournisseurs, et s’engage à fournir un service exceptionnel, professionnel et courtois en tout temps.

**Responsabilités**:

- Rechercher activement des opportunités pour créer d’excellents échanges avec la clientèle, les assister et offrir un service impeccable;
- Avoir une connaissance des boutiques et services du centre de même que les activités promotionnelles qui s’y déroulent;
- Garder toujours un contact visuel avec la clientèle à moins de devoir effectuer une tâche où il est impossible de le faire;
- Assister les clients en leur donnant des informations/orientations, répondre à leurs questions sur place, au téléphone et via le service de messagerie SMS;
- Effectuer la vente de cartes-cadeaux du centre, incluant les rapports de fin de journée et balancement de caisse à la fin du quart de travail;
- Apporter son soutien à la billetterie du Méga Parc (vente de bracelets, contrôle des files d’attente, informations, etc.);
- Effectuer tous les autres services mandatés par le service à la clientèle (prêt de fauteuils roulants, etc.);
- S’assurer de la propreté du matériel qui est prêté à la clientèle ainsi que de son lieu de travail;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes reliées au poste.

**Qualifications**:

- Attitude positive;
- Aptitude à démontrer à offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel;
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les clients, marchands, centre de gestion, fournisseurs et tout le personnel du centre;
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement rapide et avoir l’habileté de faire des tâches multiples tout en gardant un niveau professionnel élevé;
- Approche amicale et être axé(e) sur les solutions;
- Connaissances informatiques qui convient au poste;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance du français et un anglais fonctionnel pour servir nos clients dans la communauté;
- Être organisé(e) et avoir la capacité de prioriser;
- Être ponctuel;
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à respecter la hiérarchie établie.

**Les conditions de travail**:

- Poste disponible : temps partiel, de soir et de fin de semaine week-end (jeudi ou vendredi 17h-21h et dimanche 10h-17h)
- Horaires flexibles selon les heures d’ouverture du centre;
- Capacité de rester debout durant l’horaire de travail;
- Stationnement désigné pour employés gratuit.
