**Position summary**Warehousing** **Component**
- Ship and receive material and equipment for all company (Qualtech Solution, Qualtech Distribution.) including Consumables and Miscellaneous parts;
- Confirm reception of stock in Epicor.
- Maintain inventory control (physical counting) and keep it up to date;
- Inform the purchasing department when some critical items are low in stock, manage min
- max levels
- Prepare material needed for the fabrication and installation.
- Assign material to fabrication and installation jobs in Epicor system;
- Purchase material based on requisition from the Epicor system and immediate supervisor;
- Schedule the transportation for all shipment from the Mississauga, Calgary, Vancouver office;
- Pricing, creating and receiving purchase orders; Being able to get competitive pricing on Material and requested items;
- Prepare quotes and forward information to the correct department;
- Assist with data entry / quote review/ purchasing;
- File and update paperwork for head office;
- Conduct regular Shop inspection (Forklift, Fire extinguisher, First Aid,).

**Administration Support component**
- Send weekly shipment to the Quebec City Corporate Office
- Assist with daily office requirement when needed.(ex. scheduling )
- Job data entry (Time sheets, returns, RMA,etc.)
- Provide administrative support for project managers.
- Customer negotiations
- Follow-up employee’s payrolls

**Continuous improvement component**
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods.
- Continuous learning of pipe fitting, instrumentation

**General component**
- Contribute to maintain a good climate organization through their ideas and decisions;
- Participate in training new employees;
- Insure a clean and safe place;
