**Assistant Restaurant Manager**

Swagat the real taste of india is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our staff and oversee our restaurant operations. You will perform day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining high quality standards, and organizing and directing the work of the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage scheduling and staff of 10+ employees
- Train, direct, and lead training of new employees
- Establish pricing and menu plans
- Supervise food prep and cooking
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Control costs and monitor revenue to ensure profitability
- Create a positive reputation in the community by treating staff with courtesy and respect
- Report on an annual basis on store performance, financial results, staffing, equipment, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in restaurant management or other fields such as food service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to communicate clearly to determine problem areas or situations.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must Know Hindi,English,punjabi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$61,609.19 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
