Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We prefer somebody who already has experience working with Indian Restaurant in past. As a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and mentor staff members on proper food handling, preparation techniques, and customer service protocols
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and handling procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials that meet customer preferences
- Oversee the ordering of food supplies and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of bartending, food handling, food preparation, and restaurant operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring new staff members
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: $16.55-$26.52 per hour

Expected hours: 60 - 70 per week
