**Overview**:
Sarah Nixon-Miller, an Award-Winning Mortgage Broker, at TMG The Mortgage Group (Atlantic) Inc, is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

**Location**:

- Office at 103-5209 St Margarets Bay Rd Upper Tantallon NS
- Must have flexibility to work in quiet home office if required by business needs

**Duties**:

- Maintain key relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Onboard new files and manage document collection
- Work collaboratively with the Mortgage Broker and their team
- Use discretion and mitigate risk
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Perform in a fast-paced environment
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Open and close office, light cleaning/tidying, and office supply ordering
- Interest to work in office, but must have flexibility to work from home, if required
- Other duties, as required

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years administrative experience in an office setting required
- Experience in mortgage, real estate or legal industry an asset
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Clean criminal record check

**Terms**:

- Monday to Friday up to 40 hours per week between hours of 9am-5pm
- Compensation commensurate upon experience
