**About the Opportunity**:
The Secretary is accountable and responsible for providing administrative/secretarial support with mínimal supervision/direction to managers. The Secretary is responsible for efficient prioritization of multiple responsibilities to meet the requirements of the department(s) utilizing initiative, judgment and knowledge in a highly confidential setting.
- Multi-Organ Transplant Program and Inpatient Nephrology-Renal Transplant
- Inpatient Urology and Medicine/Oncology/Gynecology

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 plus one year recognized office administration, secretarial, or business course
- One year related secretarial experience
- Knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft/Manager Self Service, Success Factors, and Time Capture
- Medical terminology preferred
- Typing speed of 60 wpm
- Experience in taking and transcribing minutes
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that incorporate sound judgment and tact
- Must be self-directed and adept at problem-solving while working with mínimal supervision
- Must have strong organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize upon short notice while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.25 - $22.50 Hourly
