What will be your daily pursuit?:
Train and direct frontline staff to perform their duties to Lake Minnewanka guest experience standards.
- This fun, summer job runs from April/May until September/October._

Compensation:
The starting salary for this role is $19.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?:

- Leadership of Dockhand/Rentals team
- Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake
- Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
- Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
- Welcome and inform all guests of Lake Minnewanka
- Introduce and enforce safe boating rules
- Operate POS systems; assist guests in completing rental agreement forms
- Provide on water assistance and ensure all guests have an safe and enjoyable experience
- Perform daily checks on rental boats and docks
- Small daily maintenance tasks

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

- High attention to detail and good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided
- Second language an asset
