**The Role**:
We are currently searching for an **Office Services & Support Administrator**. This is an** 12 month, Contract** position and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Fleet & Transportation.
This role is responsible for handling the day-to-day receipt of all mail deliveries directed to Corporate Office, and ensuring mail and print request are sent to various locations. This role will support all departments with courier, office supplies, document storage, janitorial supplies and coffee supplies categories.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Mail:
- Manage all incoming mail and distribute to respective contacts in each department
- Handle weekly Retail store mailing to ~430 stores
- Handle Month-end Retail packages
- Support Operations with mailings to site locations (signage, supplies, etc.)
- Support Health & Safety, Related Products and Marketing with asset distributions to Operations, arrange for off-cycle mailings to sites and communicate costs owned by said department
- Responsible for gift card distribution for contest winners, eCommerce customer service resolutions or internal awards
- Provide support to other departments as needed including support to;
- Procurement with PO and GR set up to help facilitate payment to vendors
- Treasury with cheque protocols to vendors (creating accounts, setting up the machine, sending the cheques to the vendors, etc.)
- AP in cheques mailing
- Retail/Logistics with monthly tracking of brewery vouchers from stores
Equipment and Office Services:
- Inspect and manage the office photocopiers, ensure the mail/print room staff is the first line of service
- Create Purolator address labels for all store courier and Marketing promotions.
- Manage special printing requests from various Corporate Departments and Operations
- Financial loss can occur if time sensitive documents/packages are not delivered (Real Estate, Health & Safety PPE, for example)
- Manage day-to-day relationships with couriers, contractors of office, janitorial and lunchroom supplies, storage of documents and landscaping, etc.
- Liaise with external suppliers and couriers, in the ordering and procuring of office supplies, lunchroom supplies and janitorial supplies, storage supplies for documents; manage the invoices received from these suppliers in a timely fashion
**Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
**Education**:
- Must have completed High School and/or GED equivalent
- Post secondary education or a desire to continue education and further career is preferred
**Experience**:
- Previous work experience in a mail room is preferred
- Experience using a high-speed duplicator, postage meter and other office equipment are considered an asset
- Experience using SAP to create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Good Receipts (GR), to run Transaction (T) codes within SAP within their approval level, etc considered an asset.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices regarding heavy lifting, and proper disposal of printer cartridges,
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer and technical skills: quick learner and readily adaptable to learn and work with various types of technology (current and new) such as printers, label machines, envelope machines, cheques machines, Purolator system, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently
