STEM Canada is seeking a **Membership Group Sales Representative t**o assist with the program success.
**Position: Membership Group Sales Representative**
**Start Date**: Immediate - Within 2 weeks
**End Date**: March 31, 2025
**Commission**: Earn lucrative commission on membership amounts. Easily earn $1,000 + weekly.
**L**ocation:* Remote
**Description**: We are seeking an experienced Membership Group Sales Representative to join our team. This role is dedicated to generating and managing sales for group memberships. As a key player in our sales team, you will leverage your strong track record in group sales to drive membership growth and build long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to target and acquire group membership clients.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure group membership agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group decision-makers and influencers.
- Track sales metrics and performance to meet or exceed group membership targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to develop effective sales materials and campaign strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in group sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Experience in membership sales is an asset but not required.
