**Position Overview**:
Responsibilities include:
**Patient Reception**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Ensure accurate patient information is collected and updated in the system.
- Ensure the clinic is organized, clean, and unobstructed

**Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using the clinic management software.
- Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling as needed.
- Communicate appointment details and reminders to patients.

**Communication**:

- Address patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Liaise with physiotherapists to relay important patient-related information.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient records.
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate patient invoices and insurance claims processing.
- Therapist support for providing rehabilitation services and communicating the client's needs booking, billing, and customer service

**Patient Relations**:

- Foster positive relationships with patients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Gather patient feedback and communicate any areas for improvement to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and clinic management systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in ensuring a positive patient experience.

**Hours of Work**:
We are looking for a part-time employee 4 to 5 days a week from Noon to 6 pm.

**Salary**: $19.00 - $22.00

Expected hours: 24 - 30
