**Job Title: Patient Experience Manager - Sea to Sky Physio**

Location: Squamish, British Columbia, Canada

Sea to Sky Sports Physio clinic is a sports-focused group of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, Registered Dietitians, Certified Yoga Therapists and Footcare Nurses. **Position Overview**:
Responsibilities include:
**Clinic Operations**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for patient intake, appointment scheduling, and billing.
- Ensure the outside, and inside of the clinic is organized, clean and follow brand guideline. Ensure products are stocked.
- Ensure treatment space, rooms and exercise area are clean, organized, and follow brand guidelines.
- Perform back-end business processes including bank reconciliations, payroll preparation, and checking the mail,

**Staff Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise front desk team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Support with the development of a strong office culture that is friendly, welcoming and responsive to our employees, contractors and patients.

**Patient Experience**:

- Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

**Financial Management**:

- Oversee and take responsibility for all Accounts Receivable (billing) and Accounts payable, ensuring the billings are submitted weekly.
- Manage the office budget ensuring overtime and staff expenses do not exceed the budget.
- Support Patient care coordinator with ICBC billing WCB approvals.
- Ensure Extended Health claims are submitted, and corrections are made as needed
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial reports.

**Marketing and Business Development**:

- Collaborate with the clinic owners to implement strategies for clinic growth.
- Cultivate relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Support and engage in community events on behalf of the clinic. Encourage team members to participate in community events.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in healthcare management, business administration, a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or physiotherapy setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: $19.43-$54.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
