**Job Title: B2B Sales - Dealer Success Manager**
TuneZilla is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dealer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Dealer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, ensuring their success on our platform, and driving growth within the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the TuneZilla platform, target dealers, and value proposition.
- Manage and grow a book of business consisting of 250-300 dealer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a trusted consultant and extension of your dealers' teams, providing strategic insights, guidance, and support to help them succeed on our platform.
- Regularly solicit constructive feedback from dealers to identify areas for improvement and communicate actionable items and ideas to internal teams.
- Drive growth for the TuneZilla business by identifying opportunities to increase dealer spend and upsell additional services or products.
- Monitor dealer performance and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure ongoing success and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to share insights, advocate for dealer needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the TuneZilla platform.
**Incentive-Based Pay Structure**:
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
- Performance Bonuses: The Dealer Success Manager will be eligible for performance-based bonuses
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or technology industries.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of TuneZilla and our dealer partners.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
