The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining, expanding, and acquiring dealer (channel) accounts within the Western Canada region. This role involves increasing company revenue by generating sales from new and existing dealer accounts.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: 12185 86th Avenue, Surrey BC, V3W 3H8

Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Acquire, expand, and maintain dealer (channel) accounts within the Western Canada region.
- Work with existing dealers to raise awareness of company offerings and initiate new business ventures in order to increase market share and meet fiscal goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
- Generate revenue with existing clients by assessing client’s needs, recommended or assist in a selection of our services, follow up on quotes, projects.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts and soliciting new accounts.
- Review information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
- Work towards exceeding predetermined quotas set by the leader.
- Conduct and develop quarterly and annual account reviews in order to effectively manage account lifecycles.
- Analyze, assess, and document client results to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B channel sales
- Experience in the kitchen business, or interior design or construction industry considered an asset.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

**WAGE EXPECTATION**:
Annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience, plus $10,000-$15,000 commission opportunity
