**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our technical products and services across B2B and B2C markets. This role demands a robust technical background along with outstanding sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our offerings and support customer and client needs.

**Duties**
- Identify and target potential customers in B2B and B2C markets, initiating outbound calls to generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and support clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, addressing technical queries and delivering solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to track trends, perform competitor analysis, and understand customer needs in different market segments.
- Work with the product development team, offering customer feedback to guide product enhancements and innovations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with a solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
- Proven track record in technical sales, including experience with outbound calls and client/customer support.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS, Linux, Python, computer networking, and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset focused on driving sales growth.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a drive to deliver exceptional customer and client support.
