**Event Services Coordinator - Temporary**
The Arbutus Club has been a landmark in Vancouver since 1964. Today, we are a modern recreation complex with first class food and beverage services. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage catering reservations for members and update events orders.
- Sell and process payments for Arbutus Club gift baskets and gift cards.
- Responds to member inquiries and solves problems in a courteous and professional manner.
- Willingness to learn and the opportunity to advance within a first-class organization with mentorship.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in catering and/or food and beverage
- Combination of post-secondary education and/or suitable hospitality experience in similar environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
