We’re looking for an **Entry-Level Receptionist** with excellent attention to detail to be the welcoming face of Buchanan Barry. This role involves key administrative support and is vital in creating a positive first impression for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front reception and administrative support for the firm
- Perform faxing, photocopying, scanning, and electronic filing
- Coordinate outgoing couriers (West Direct, Xpress Post, Purolator, etc.)
- Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail
- Process credit card payments and assist with office/kitchen housekeeping
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in professional services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information and meet tight deadlines
- Professional customer service and ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook
- Punctuality and reliability
