Full-Time Position (Shift Work May Be Required - Days/Evenings)

Interpaving Limited is privately held companies whom specialize in a diverse range of work in Civil Infrastructure including the following:
- Infrastructure Construction & Development;
- Aggregate Production & Delivery;
- Hot Mix Asphalt Design, Production, & Delivery;
- Construction Management;
- Quality Control - Field & Laboratory services.
Our growing team continuously seeks hard working and talented individuals who will have a positive impact to the construction community. We are currently seeking to have a Project Coordinator to join our team to work along side our Project Managers.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing project communications;
- Coordinate with Project Managers to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables;
- Conduct contract administration duties including population and updates to various logs
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing submissions;
- Review proposals, reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to quality and document standards;
- Edit and review content with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and consistency.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Degree or diploma in Communications, English, Business, and or Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in, and knowledge of, the engineering and construction industry is required.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are paramount for this position;
- Time Management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment;
- Ability to work well and coordinate with all project team members as well as being a self-starter requiring mínimal oversight;
- Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required and contract knowledge
- Ability to draft technical language that is accurate and polished;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required; VBA and Microsoft Project knowledge is an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal skills; and
- Willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills and processes.
- Available to be flexible in hours of work when required
