**Résumé des fonctions... **:The primary focus for the Sales Operations Manager is to oversee processes, tools, and strategies to support maximizing sales. The role involves data analytics, sales forecasting, and process optimization to improve productivity and enhance revenue generation. The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with sales to develop sales forecasts and monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, monitor sales performance metrics, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and revenue generation opportunity. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, the Sales Operations Manager will work closely with finance/business operations to manage client discounts/advertiser tier benefits and any promotional offers across enterprise tentpole initiatives as well as single-advertiser programs. The Sales Operations Manager will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations and will become an expert in Walmart Connect as well as the Canadian retail media landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with cross-functional teams, as well as industry leaders. They will help define best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the Walmart Connect business forward.

- The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible oversee processes, tools, and strategies to support maximizing sales inclusive of, but not limited to, pipeline management, sales forecasting (by sales lead, by product, by timeframe [monthly, quarterly, annual], monitor closing ratios and overall, building a scientific approach to delivering revenue goals by leveraging available data and tools.
- Build relationships with key interlocks (ad-product, marketing, finance, and HR to define multi-year operating plans for Walmart Connect ad sales, including revenue, headcount targets, product adoption, etc.
- Own business QBRs leading interlock leads (finance, ad-product, yield, etc.), in compiling a document for Senior Director, Sales and Walmart leadership.
- Define metrics, tools, and processes needed to set and achieve product adoption, revenue, and sales productivity goals
- Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers in leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets
- Defining, establishing, and implementing processes for enterprise tentpole marketing initiatives to ensure ways of working, controls and handoffs have been properly identified and established across sales, business operations, and product to deliver on identified business and revenue goals.
- Actively manage resource requests and workforce planning for sales organization.
- Oversee implementation and integration of new emerging tools and/or technologies that will enable Walmart Connect sales team to work effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, improve productivity, monitor impact and enable sales to deliver on ambitious targets.
- Ensure compliance with Walmart Connect guardrails (set by business operations), procedures, manage sales related exceptions impacting margin/profitability/partnership tier-benefits.
- Provide inputs for client JBPs, QBRs, and lead development of account planning processes.
- Manage strategies towards increasing GMV penetration for business growth across all categories.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
