**Position Summary... **:The Manager, Operations & Process Optimization will map, analyze & evaluate existing processes, operational practices and recommend adjustments in workflows or processes to drive growth and scalability. The role will work cross functionally with all WMC teams to investigate any issues, challenges or process gaps as well as implement the required changes and manage transitions. In addition, the role will be responsible for supporting the commercialization of any new ad products, specifically looking at how it will be operationalized to enable sales, execution, reporting & billing.

**What you'll do...**:
**Business Process Management & Optimization**
- **Process Documentation**: Document current processes and create detailed process maps to provide a clear understanding of workflow and dependencies.
- **Process Analysis**: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input, feedback, and insights to refine and optimize processes
- **Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Regularly review and refine processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
- **Change Management**:Facilitate and manage the change process associated with implementing new or modified business processes
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate changes, updates, and improvements to all relevant stakeholders within the organization
- **Training**:Support the sales enablement and training teams with providing inputs to training employees on new processes and ensure that they are equipped to adapt to changes effectively.

**Business Operations Support**
- **Standardization**:Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- **Technology Integration**: Explore and recommend technology solutions that can automate and streamline business processes.
- **Operational Support**:Offer support to Sales, Client Services and Campaign Delivery teams, addressing day-to-day challenges and ensuring smooth workflow.
- **Issue Resolution**:Act as a point of contact for operational issues, working to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems that may arise.
- **Communication Liaison**: Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and operational needs are met.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update documentation related to operational processes, ensuring that information is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- **Training and Onboarding**: Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they are well equipped to contribute effectively to operational processes.

**Ad Product Commercialization Support**
- Responsible for End-to-end process and systems setup for new ad product implementations
- Provide operational guidance and support for new ad product commercialization plan
- Support the sales enablement team with training, tools, and other resources to support go-to-market
- Support updates to the media playbook and rate card

**Business Intelligence and KPI Support**
- Analyze “Health of the Business” reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve revenue performance and identify opportunities to drive organizational efficiencies
- Provide input to drive improved business intelligence insights to enable WMC teams to easily understand health of the business and meet goals.
- Implement monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess process performance. Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure successful delivery and execution of products / services

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in business process re-engineering and process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in process mapping using tools such as MS Visio
- Experience working in the Retail Media industry
- Strong facilitation skills to find appropriate solutions to meet competing priorities and conflicts
- Experience with stakeholder management at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools
- Process automation, Operations and Business Process experience
- Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tool is a plus
- Relevant certifications in revenue operations, data analysis or Project management ‎
