**OVERVIEW**

The HubSpot Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day support and maintenance of our HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support platform. To succeed in this role, you need to have strong communication skills, technical horsepower, and resourceful problem-solving abilities. **SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Create customized reports and dashboards containing comprehensive data on Contacts, Companies, and Deals
- Provide day-to-day support on HubSpot, prioritizing and processing requests, including creating, monitoring and executing campaigns, data imports/exports, reporting, and other ad hoc requests
- Support organizational goals by increasing efficiencies and optimizing processes, data quality, and connectivity
- Integrate additional sales and marketing technologies into HubSpot, ensuring proper processes and workflows are maintained
- Assist cross-functional teams with defining process requirements and change requests
- Define, create, update, and maintain workflows to support business processes and requirements, including tracking of changes governed by changing business requirements (with proper documentation)
- Create and maintain company and contact properties and establish how they are to be used
- Maintain all system documentation, including workflows, properties, and more
- Monitor and maintain contact and company fields and data for integrity, accuracy, and usability
- Oversee data integrity within HubSpot, including import management, data cleanup, deduping, and more
- Create and maintain a roadmap of necessary changes and enhancements to the HubSpot configuration and infrastructure
- Create and maintain documentation, including diagrams and explanations of how data flows in, out, and throughout HubSpot
- Provide training to the wider marketing team about the proper use of HubSpot

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 5+ years of experience with HubSpot
- Hubspot certifications in the following Hubspot Academy courses:

- Marketing Software
- Inbound Sales
- HubSpot Sales Software
- Content Marketing
- Inbound
- Social Media Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
- Experience with databases, data governance, and process improvement
- Stellar communication skills
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who isn't afraid to ask questions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and successfully in a global distributed environment
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS software

**Added Bonus if you also have **
- Data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo/LI Sales Navigator)
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Working with outside agencies to accelerate or complement activities
