Appointment Setters are a critical part of our inbound and outbound sales efforts. They are the responsible for calling both existing leads in our pipeline that reached out several months ago and new leads as they are coming in - scheduling, qualifying and vetting prospects and serving as the main point of qualifying prospects for our closing team. The role is a mixture of cold calling existing leads as well as calling inbound leads. They will also be responsible for providing information to potential clients as well as scheduling appointments or sales consultations.

An Appointment Setter role is a introductory position to sales and services as a great stepping stone to later transition into a closer role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in a Sales Role and develop valuable skills with a rapidly growing company. As a result, they need strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills. They must be prepared for a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable making decisions without direct supervision. they are committed to representing our organization in a positive manner to prospective clients.

**Qualifications / Skills Needed**
- Most important is a positive attitude -- you see client dissatisfaction as an opportunity, not a burden
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects and meetings deadlines without direct supervision
- Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
- Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
- At least a basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
- Proven project management skills with an emphases on quality control
- Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire
- Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred though it is not required
- Good phone etiquette
- Basic computer proficiency
- Communication skills, fluency in English is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $28,955.91-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
