Client Experience Representative

**YOUR ROLE**
As Client Experience Representative at CBIG your role is to service new and existing clients by providing an exceptional client experience. As part of servicing the employee will present and communicate benefit plan programs to employers and employee groups by way of:
- Plan enrolments
- Information sessions
- Provide sales and service support to clients and the Client Services and Sales team.
- Participation in business planning work with internal and external stakeholders regarding changes or amendments to plans.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- You will develop and nurture new and existing client relationships.
- You will provide sales and service support to clients by:
- Responding to client enquiries regarding claims and administrative items.
- Facilitating group benefit plan enrolments and information sessions.
- Working with stakeholders on amendments and changes to the plans.
- Enrolling employees onto group benefit plans.
- Completing and assist in new account set up i.e. Complete Master Application.
- Providing Plan Administrator training for WEBS online.
- Requesting plan amendments as required.
- Assisting with employee enrollment sessions and education sessions as required.
- Liaising with GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions as required for client support and responses.
- You will maintain files and information relating to client support responses.
- You will assist with training and mentorship of other employees as required.
- You will provide administrative support to the sales team.
- You will assist with compiling information for proposals and quotations
- You will review and approve benefit plan booklets and documents
- You will abide by corporate policies as documented.
- You will follow corporate procedures as documented.

- You have the ability to design and deliver effective sales and industry presentations.
- You have sound organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- You consistently maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- You are a flexible and strong team player.
- You have the flexibility to respond to the demands consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
- You have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.

- You have Valid Canadian Life Insurance license (LLQP), this is not required.
- You have your GBA designation, this is not required.
- You have your CEBS designation, this is not required.
