Sales Representative

Flocor Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
