The ideal candidate must possess flexible availability, as shifts are scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Reliable transportation is necessary due to the lack of public transit options in the area.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Open availability is a must
  • Outstanding customer service abilities with prior experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in an administrative capacity is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions

Main Responsibilities

  • Support drivers with questions or issues
  • Draft memos and other written communications
  • Organize and maintain invoices
  • Facilitate hotel bookings for drivers
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Perform data entry for fuel and other records
  • Carry out various administrative tasks as required
