This is a casual role intended to cover for absences, with the potential for additional hours based on operational requirements. The ideal candidate must possess flexible availability, as shifts are scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Reliable transportation is necessary due to the lack of public transit options in the area.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Outstanding customer service abilities with prior experience in a client-facing role

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage ticket sales
- Handle incoming calls and address client or passenger inquiries
- Support drivers with questions or issues
- Draft memos and other written communications
- Organize and maintain invoices
- Facilitate hotel bookings for drivers
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Perform data entry for fuel and other records
- Carry out various administrative tasks as required
