Receptionist/office Administrator

We are a growing CPA firm currently in need of a full-time receptionist/office admin. We are located on the South side of Edmonton. We are looking for someone that is energetic, effective communicator, and professional.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Booking appointments, billing, taking payments
- Providing support across the organization
The position will be of interest to individuals with experience working in a professional environment and dealing with clients/customers.
Applicants must have knowledge of computer software such as Office and Excel.
