Front of House Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the front desk, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
**Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and handling reservations
- Train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front of house staff
- Coordinate with event planners or organizers for special events or functions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest experience
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality field is required
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
- Proficient in supervising staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring front of house staff
- Bartending or food service experience is an asset
We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
