- Prepare and distribute evaluation correspondence and metric reports.
- Manage personnel filing systems, including archiving and file audits.
- Provide leadership and training to new team members, embodying HR best practices.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
