**Title**: Director, Benefits Management and Program Development
**Salary**: $122,641 - $144,283 - $165,926 per year (pay range explained below))
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs Monday
- Friday, normal office hours 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office).

**About the role**

As a Director, Benefits Management & Project Development, you will provide strategic leadership in managing, designing, and continuously improving health benefit programs within the Health Benefits & Services department. This role ensures that benefit programs align with FNHA’s long-term vision, meet the evolving needs of First Nations communities, and support the achievement of strategic objectives. The Director brings deep expertise in management of benefits plans such as pharmacy, medical supplies and equipment, medical transportation, dental, vision care, and mental health benefits.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education**
- A university degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with 10 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Relevant training in Change Management and Project/Program Management.

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in benefits management, project management, or the health insurance sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and leading large-scale organizational transformations.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
