**Title**: Director, eHealth
**Salary**: $122,641 - $144,283 - $165,926 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs Monday
- Friday, normal office hours 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office).

**About the role**

As Director, eHealth, you will be responsible for expanding and continually improving upon FNHA’s eHealth and virtual care services, with a view to ensuring alignment with the priorities of First Nations communities and their leadership. The Director provides strategic direction and leadership in virtual care development and implementation within First Nations Led Primary Care Initiatives and the First Nations Electronic Medical Record project supporting integrated team-based primary health care.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education**
- Master’s Degree in a health related discipline and/or combination of education and training with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in advancing and managing innovation and change in primary care and eHealth services.

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of key eHealth programs and initiatives such as Canada Health Infoway, the Pan
- Canadian Public Health Surveillance System (Panorama), electronic health records and medical records.
- Expert knowledge of telehealth, telemedicine, and virtual heath technologies and practices.
- Knowledge of current agreements, treaties and programs delivered to First Nation in British Columbia.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
