**Job description-**
We are GTA's Leading Staffing Company and looking for a dedicated, focused Business Development Consultant for staffing & HR Business services.
- The established formula to build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Be open to learning, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
- Regularly maintaining the data.
- Doing follow ups with the clients.
- CRM - Client relationship is very important.
- Understand and convert the prospect for the business.
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities and cold call clients.
- Possess strong telephone skills & written skills.
- Be able to record daily contact details on our database.
- Understand customer needs, research accounts, identify key decision-makers and generate interest.
- Built lasting relationships with clients.
- Assist with recruitment, development and execution of sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate from or currently obtaining a post-secondary diploma/degree.
- At least 2 years of outside sales and business development experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency; including Word and Excel.
- Passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Organization and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Quick learner with an open mind who can absorb and understand a flexible pricing matrix.
- Passionate, and positive attitude, and works extremely well with others.
- Strong sense of urgency.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
