Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries
- Assist with HR projects as assigned
**Experience**:
- Proven experience working in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with HR software systems such as Dayforce, UltiPro, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), or Workday
- Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies and talent acquisition techniques
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
