**Key Responsibilities**

Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and maintaining employee attendance for payroll purposes, also employee leave control, and notifications to internal team.
- Assist with maintaining and updating company and HR policies as situations change and to maintain legal compliance.
- Manage all employee files, data, company IT information.
- Help to facilitate employee performance evaluations regularly.
- Assist with company benefits administration.
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees.
- Assist with leading new employees through their onboarding and ensure they have everything they need to be successful in their role.
- Assist with managing employee discipline and separations.
- Other duties as required.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support administrative duties on a daily basis to ensure compliance; support office staff with regard to meeting deadlines, and better ways to improve services and function efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external clients through effective and timely communication.
- Arrange orientation programs, information sessions, in order to foster employee work success.
- Oversee the management of physical and electronic records of office and employee documents.
- Assist in maintaining company supplies and equipment, invoices, and expense reports.
- Recommend procedural changes to improve the effective functioning of the company and office administration.
- Assist with managing company phone system, internet, computer maintenance, repair with external contractors.
- Sort company mail and deliver to intended recipients.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration, human resources management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration/HR execution position.
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment, self-motivation, discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality are imperative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
