**What can I expect to do in this role?**: You will:

- Provide reception services to the public in both English and French.
- Welcome new and returning visitors to the Archives.
- Provide accounts receivables and co-ordinate revenue transactions received from the public, other Government ministries and agencies.
- provide administrative and clerical support to the Archives Services Unit.

**How do I qualify?**:
**Mandatory**:

- You must possess oral French language skills at the advanced level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.

**Customer Service and Communication Skills**:

- You demonstrate customer service skills to ensure customer requests and needs are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
- You have strong communication skills.

**Administrative Skills**:

- You have knowledge of administrative and records management procedures to maintain administrative records and to organize and maintain electronic and manual filing systems.

**Other Essential Skills**:

- You have proven organizational and time management skills to complete work assignments within tight deadlines and to maintain information systems.
- You are proficient with computers and software programs.
- You have excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have good mathematical skills to calculate fees payable and receivable and handle reconciliations.
